User access is tailored to your specific organisational roles with different levels of access from User through to Administrator:
User
Can book and manage their own bookings
Have read-only access to booking manager
Power User
Can book on behalf of users who have access to the same vehicle group, and manage those bookings
Have read-only access to booking manager
Kiosk User
A special access level that can view all upcoming bookings in one or multiple vehicle groups on the Home page with the function to pick up and drop off these bookings
KioskPlusBM
A special access level that can view all upcoming bookings in one or multiple vehicle groups on the Home page with the function to pick up and drop off these bookings
Have read-only access to booking manager
Group Manager
Can book on behalf of users in the same vehicle group
Can view and edit all bookings in vehicle groups they have access to
Can operate on booking manager

A special access level for integrations via API
Can not login to PVBS directly and cannot access user interface

Can book on behalf of all users on the site
Can view and edit all bookings on the site
Can operate on booking manager
Have the access to create, view, and edit user and vehicle data
Can access to reports
Have the access to manage system configurations, notifications, and vehicle group settings
Can access system audit function
