The Ride share function allows you to book a seat on an existing booking, to reduce carbon footprint and to maximize fleet utilization.
If there are vehicles going to the same destination around the same time as you have requested when making a booking, a Ride share prompt window will display on your new booking page.
Select the booking on which you would like to book a seat, and enter any note you would like to send to the driver, and click on Book Seat.
If you you do not wish to book a seat you can skip rideshare and book a vehicle, you might required to leave a reason depending on your site's configuration.
Alternatively, you can search for a seat to book by going to the Ride Sharing page.
Similar to making a new booking, complete the form and select the booking you wish to book a seat from, enter any note to the driver, then click on Book Now.
Both you and the driver will receive a notification regarding this rideshare booking, and this booking will appear on your Home page.
