The minimum system requirements required to utilise Fleetwise PVBS:
- Windows: The most recent and one previous version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Note, Internet Explorer is no longer supported
- Mac: The latest OS and the most recent and one previous version of Apple Safari and Google Chrome
- iPad: Hardware version 3 and above, iOS 7 and above plus the most recent and one previous version of Apple Safari
- iPhone: Hardware version 4 and above, iOS version 7 and above plus the most recent and one previous version of Apple Safari
- Android Devices: Tested on Samsung Galaxy, the most recent and one previous version of Google Chrome.
Tips for clients experiencing Web problems:
Ctrl + F5 works to refresh a web page by refreshing the cache. If you are experiencing no problems in the site, it is likely it is the clients web connection.
Internet Security Settings
Web pages served up by the PVBS™ server contain a certain amount of client-side Java Script. Use of high security settings in the browser or some proxy servers may prevent the pages from operating correctly.
Where high security settings must be maintained, it is recommended that the server address where the PVBS™ application is being hosted is added to the trusted site list in Internet Options and the security settings be reduced for this site.
