Maintain users page

You can find this page at Administration - Maintain Users, it allows you to manage users in the system. Within this page, you can edit, delete or add new users.

Nevigate Maintain Users page

  1. Edit user button – by clicking the edit user button you will be able to edit the user’s profile
  2. User status action button – by clicking on the relative button you will be able to approve and disable a user or set a user status to pending. You can filter the user list using these statuses by typing ‘approved’, ’disabled’, or ‘pending’ in the user status filter field

Pending – users that are newly created and waiting profile to be setup and approved, a pending user will not be able to login to the system and you will not be able to make a booking for him/her
Approved – users that are approved to use the booking system
Disabled – users that have been disabled from logging in to the system and you will not be able to make a booking for him/her

    1. Lock user button – by ticking the toggle you will be able to lock a user from login PVBS temporarily.
    2. Filter fields – you could filter the user list displaying on this page by using one or a combination of the filters
    3. Add new user – clicking on this button will take you to the new user form, on which you can create a new user profile
    4. Clear active filter – clicking on this button will clear all filters and reset the maintain user page to the default layout
    5. Export to CSV – Clicking on this button will download a CSV file with all user data that matches the filters

    Customise page layout

    You will be able to customise the columns displayed on the maintain user page by clicking on the ellipsis button on any of the columns and select the appropriate information to display. You can also change the order of the columns by dragging and drop to the right location. The layout will persist until the clear active filter button is clicked.
