It is about how a driver can collect and return the key of the booked vehicle from and to Fleetwise KeyBank, a fully automated key lockbox.

Drivers in vehicle groups that are integrated with Fleetwise KeyBank.
How does it work?
Before collecting and returning the key, make sure the driver is close to the KeyBank as they only have 30 seconds' access before it is locked again.
Collecting the key
Come next to the KeyBank and start the booking pickup process follow below steps
- On the mobile site or on the kiosk, find the booking to be picked up and hit the Pick Up button.
- Confirm the Destination, Pickup Odometer, and the number of passengers, then hit Pick Up button.
- Pull to open the KeyBank door, the key to be collected will be indicated with a LED light. Turn the key clockwise then pull it out from the socket.
The driver has 30 seconds to collect the key from the KeyBank, once the time elapses, the booking will need to be picked up again on PVBS application.
Returning the key
Come next to the KeyBank and start the booking dropoff process follow below steps
- On the mobile site or on the kiosk, find the booking to be dropped off and hit the Drop Off button.
- Enter the Drop Off Odometer, any Note or Dropoff Note, then hit Drop Off button.
- Pull to open the KeyBank door, the correct socket will be indicated with a LED light. Insert the key then turn the key anti-clockwise to secure it in place.
The driver has 30 seconds to return the key to the KeyBank, once the time elapses, the booking will need to be dropped off again on PVBS application.
