Booking manager screen
The Booking Manager gives a graphical representation of the current bookings in the booking system. From within the table you can see the details of the bookings, and if you have the right access (Group manager and Administrator) you can also add, edit and delete bookings.
For Users the booking manager screen is read-only, but you can choose the information you would like to display.
- Display Date - choose the date you wish to display bookings for.
- Vehicle Group - choose the fleet you want to see bookings for.
- View - show full day or business hours on the grid.
- Timeline week - extend the display to a week view.
Booking status
The status of the bookings are indicated using different colours.
- Yellow - Booking made
- Blue - Booking in progress
- Green - Booking completed
