You can assign a driver to a dedicated vehicle, or assign multiple drivers to a private vehicle, so that driver/driveres are the only ones who can book that vehicle through the new booking page.
On the maintain vehicles page, find the vehicle you would like to assign drivers using filters. Click on the triangle button to open the assign driver window. Note. this button will only be available for dedicated and private vehicles.
In the assign driver page, click on add new record, select driver name from the drop-down list, then select Y in the assigned driver field, then click on update.
Once this is configured, the vehicle availability type for that user will be default to 'Dedicated'' on the new booking page so they can book the vehicle they have been assigned to.
To remove a driver from this vehicle, click on delete button.
